Purpose Coalition helps organisations shape the conversation, build external credibility and take visible leadership positions around growth and opportunity.
Purpose Labs helps organisations stay close to changing attitudes, expectations and behaviours, generating the insight that supports better decisions.
Together, they allow us to do what traditional models often cannot: connect external positioning with real-world understanding, and turn that into sharper choices, stronger relevance and a clearer route to growth.
We believe organisations need a model that reflects how change actually works now: across business, opportunity, politics, the workforce and technology.
That is what This Is Purpose was built to do.

Callum Crozier is Managing Director of This is Purpose. Over the last decade Callum has helped to build This Is Purpose and has responsibility for overall strategy and leading The Purpose Coalition. His particular focus is on business growth and creating opportunity for young people. With a background in Parliament and public affairs, Callum has extensive experience helping organisations shape policy, build influence, and deliver measurable social impact through purposeful strategies that boost opportunity and social mobility across the UK.
Karen Quinn is Managing Director of our Purpose Lab and our Events division. Karen brings a wealth of experience across both the private and voluntary sectors, with a strong track record of delivering insight-led programmes that bridge the gap between business & insight. Karen has a particular passion for supporting women in the work place and has led initiatives aimed at improving access to opportunity for those balancing work and care responsibilities.
