Callum Crozier is Managing Director of This is Purpose. Callum has responsibility for overall strategy and leading our consultancy team. His particular focus is on business growth as engines of creating opportunity for young people and advancing social mobility. With a background in Parliament and public affairs, Callum has extensive experience helping organisations shape policy, build influence, and deliver measurable social impact through purposeful strategies that boost opportunity and social mobility across the UK.
Karen Quinn is Managing Director of our Purpose Lab and our Events division. Karen brings a wealth of experience across both the private and voluntary sectors, with a strong track record of delivering impactful, purpose-led programmes that bridge the gap between business & community. Karen has a particular passion for supporting women in the work placeand has led initiatives aimed at improving access to opportunity for those balancing work and care responsibilities.
